The trouble is, when I float, I get lazy and I have no idea what I’m doing. But that’s ok, today has reminded me to stay organised and to stay on top of things. I’m not gonna punish myself for it because I haven’t been as kind to myself… Not a cry for attention but I just don’t feel all that attractive, or fit, or healthy. Been consuming way too much sugar and that causes a domino effect… Can’t sleep well, no motivation for exercise, don’t feel as happy or confident… Etc. Definitely have to go back to basics. And that, I will do.
