Alright, so I powered through this book. There were key moments throughout that really intrigued me.
I‘m so ready for sleep and I don’t want to make this super lengthy but I think throughout the week, I wanna share some of this book’s insights. It really reinforced a lot of beliefs that I have.
All these “self help” books, TED Talks and meditation has been helping me a lot the past month. Today was definitely the lightest I’ve felt for a long time. I’ve been paying a lot of attention to my thoughts, my speech, my actions and just how much they can have an effect on the outcome of something. There’s been times throughout the week that have made me cringe and think to myself well, I shouldn’t have done that or shouldn’t have said that but I’m choosing not to beat myself up for it. Just gotta be better next time. Anyhoo… time for bed. I have a feeling there will be a long ass post tomorrow🤪
