Dang. I started my yoga journey.

I used to hate stretching before exercising but to think that I spent 45 minutes stretching this evening is pretty awesome.

45 minutes of yoga. 15 minutes of meditation. 2km run. All after being on my feet since 4:30am. I’m pretty over the moon for my efforts.🤗

I feel like the more time I put towards taking care of myself by doing these things, not only do I feel lighter but I feel like I can get more things done or I am getting more things done.

It is really important I stick to this routine especially in the next two weeks as my hormones can be all over the place when I’m nearing my period.

But… right now I feel so good!🧘🏽‍♀️
