Man yoga was insane today. I did nearly 2 hours of yoga today — deep stretching and vinyasa.

I would have never thought I’d be trying the crow pose but I’ve still got a long way to go.

I haven’t meditated today yet cause I want to try something new and different. I wanna meditate before trying to sleep so I’m feeling more relaxed and at ease.

Man, so I ended up making that salmon salad and it was so frikken delicious. And it is super easy to make. The original recipe uses a lime, dill and cilantro dressing but I just ended up using a dijon mustard dressing and the flavor was still great. I try to make sure I eat a balanced diet where I can get my proteins, carbs, vitamins etc. Also, I realised if you work on the aesthetics/presentation of a salad, it almost doesn’t become this “i have to/need to eat healthy” but it’s like “I want to eat healthy” cause it looks so yummy. And it was☺️🥰

You know Adriene Mishler always says “showing up is the hardest part.” It really is but once you’ve gotten over that hurdle, it’s not so bad.
