I really didn’t wanna do anything when I got home today. Even thinking about yoga and meditation actually made me tired. Showing up is really the hardest part.

But… I got home, powered through a batch of laundry, prepared a late healthy lunch and my dinner, went to the pet store, and then I did 70 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of meditation. It’s not a bad effort considering how crappy my sleep was last night and the fact that I’d been on my feet since 4:30am.

So now I’ve freed up my entire Sunday.

I don’t really have much to talk about today. My minds pretty blank and it’s probably from exhaustion.🤷🏽‍♀️

Do this routine with me:

Take a few deep breaths to begin with.




Now close your eyes and say to yourself, “I wonder what my next thought is going to be.”







Nothing came, right?
