Omg I can’t believe Xmas is next week. Whaaaaat😱I’m kinda glad I’m working this Saturday to make up for the lost days next week.
My diet’s been a bit poor lately. It actually hasn’t been that bad but my consistency has dropped off a bit, but that’s ok. I’m eager to get that consistency back especially since I’m now in that two-week time frame. I’ve got to make sure I keep my hormones pretty balanced.
I did an hour of yoga today. I’m in my second 30 day challenge and tomorrow will be day 8. No skipping any days!🙏🏽
I think I’ve been hanging out for the new year. I feel like I’ve had a bit of a headstart. Speaking of new year, if there’s anything I hope for in 2020, I just wanna be healthy, balanced, content and keep working on a firm foundation. If I get the basics right and the simple things right, then it’s a lot easier to get the bigger things right.
I don’t know if I’ll end up going back to uni next September. I feel like I need to think about it some more. I’m just going to keep saving up and when the time is right, I know whatever is suppose to happen, it won’t lead me astray. So, I’ll re-evaluate mid 2020 and see where things are at. So. Much. Can. Change. In. So. Little. Time. That’s for sure.
Anyway, I’m going to end this here.
