I think I’m currently experiencing DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). I’m not sure if it’s from all the resistance workout yesterday but my back is a little stiff at the minute.
I just meditated for 10 minutes just then. I did over 90 minutes of yoga today and it was great. I overslept yesterday but I needed to catch up on sleep anyway.
I think this is day 4 of no smoking and I’m over the moon. The hardest so far is I’ve been sweating a lot at night time and my body has been twitching and just my body feels so agitated. Everytime I’ve tried to quit smoking, this is what happens. But I’m really gonna do it this time. I’m not taking it with me in 2020. It’s time to let that toxic shit go.
Work was interesting today to say the least but I can’t be bothered going into details🤷🏽♀️
I’m so tempted to spend money but I really gotta save up. What for? I’m not sure. The title of my savings account is “Just in case”. 🤪😆
Oh you know what, the last couple of days my mind has just been going a million miles per hour and it’s just super draining. And I know it’s cause next Wednesday my period is due. So my hormones are all over the place and I’ve been feeling a little emo but I’m fine. Overthinking is just a killer sometimes.
Anyway, I’ll leave it at that.
