I just finished yoga and I can officially hold the crow pose for a good half minute. I’m really proud of myself. I’ll be aiming for a new pose or maybe try and hold the crow for a minute. I’m slowly progressing with the crane pose but I’m still having trouble with straightening my arms.
Yoga was awesome today. I think today in general was a pretty good day.
And now I’m just going to do a bit of revision with this current chapter I’m learning in my Korean book. It’s all about 안에, 옆에 etc. I’m trying to memorise them. I probably should revisit Korean numbers also.
Anyway, I’ll keep this short today.
