It’s true. You’ll only drive yourself crazy doing the same things over and over again.

I’m feeling pretty good right now. Will share why this time next month. Just, I’ve got to keep a lid on it for the time being.

I bought a small freezer today and spent 6 hours meal prepping for the next 3 weeks. I’m wanting to get fit as fuck.

There’s so much room for improvement and I want to improve.

I’m experimenting a bit — trying different ways, approaches, things… to get different results.

I want a break from civilisation and I’m in need of solitude with nature.
