The spiritual warrior practices everyday.
Yoga, prayer, meditation, chanting, journaling.
Make a committment to spiritual growth.
Take time everyday to find a moment for introspection and to examine your own awareness.
Be open to fine-tuning and improving your practices and receptive to entirely new methods when the universe presents them.
Today, just practice any one of the things I mentioned.
Yoga as a mind body practice;
Prayer as intention and embedding the intention in the infinite mind;
Meditation as stillness;
Chanting even as a breathing exercise;
And surely journaling your insights.
