30 minute meditation.
It started off with thinking about the things that bothered me. I reminded myself that it’s ok and just gotta let it go. I thought about people who I felt bothered by, I just sent love their way.
There were moments where I felt present. I kinda went in and out, going from being in the present, the past and the future. When it got too much, I reminded myself to just go back to the sound of the breath.
