Session… 4?

I missed a day but I don’t feel so pissed off about it. Anyway, I’ve just done a short meditation. 20 minutes to be precise.

I felt pretty well during the session. I feel like not as many thoughts came, compared to previous sessions.

One thought that I thought was really interesting was when I got curious about the breath. How does the breath calm us down? Like what is actually happening inside of us?
