Session 8

12 minute meditation session. It felt a lot longer than that to be honest but I try not to force myself with these things these days. I was actually thinking about how much daily meditation was changing me. I mean I was meditating before but not everyday. Doing yoga everyday had changed me, I didn’t think meditation would go another level. It’s interesting. I can’t believe how much I’ve gotten better at keeping my cool.🤗
